Disable a webhook subscription owned by the authenticated store.

DELETE /api/webhooks/{id}

DELETE /api/webhooks/{id} soft-deletes a subscription owned by the authenticated store. The id comes from the subscription list. Unknown or inaccessible subscriptions return 404. On success the response contains success=true. Other stores' subscriptions cannot be deleted.
