Register a signed webhook subscription for the authenticated store.

POST /api/webhooks
POST /api/webhooks creates a subscription for the authenticated store. Send X-Api-Key and X-Api-Secret and a JSON body with url (public HTTPS) and eventTypes.
Supported events: order.created, order.updated, return.created, return.updated, or *. Maximum five subscriptions per store. The success response Result<WebhookSubscription> includes signingSecret only at creation. Store it securely. Sandbox subscriptions receive only test notifications.
